It must be fall - CIBC's Run for the Cure is this Saturday, October 3rd. This annual run is the largest, single day fundraiser dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer research, and education and awareness programs. Last year, 170,000 Canadians participated in the run throughout the country, raising an amazing $26.5 million for breast cancer funding, research and programs. The run is unbelievably successful, and a great show of our power to unite in the fight against cancer. So whether you want to lace up, donate, shop or volunteer there are lots of ways to help out this week!
Lace up and join the run this Saturday, there is still room for last minute entries - and don't worry if jogging is not your thing, grab a few girls and walk it!Volunteer at the Run event - there's still jobs to help out at tables, and be supporters.
